SMH More Show lessĪlthough we were excited to find a lifestyle club that was not in Miami (just not traveling that far), Secret's dropped the ball on both occasions that we visited. I can say at least we still have our Brand-New Unused Halloween costumes for next year somewhere else. We are no longer interested in buying anything from this place. We only went to Lowe's to try to fix the tub ourselves. We didn't get to follow our investment plan and discuss it with anyone. So, we didn't get to meet one person other than the desk person. We went to the office twice and called twice.
But not at this place! Nope the maintenance personnel even lied straight to my husband's face. Shoot, by day four I would have taken a cold bath if the tub had a stopper and could hold water. As I have been waiting for anyone to contact us about the deplorable room we rented in October that completely ruined a hallmark event for us I have been wondering how they can stay in business with such horrible customer service? Who really wants to spend their first real vacation in over 2 decades either locked in a room or at Lowe's trying to fix the tub? Hot water in both the shower and jet tub we rented the room for would be nice.
